Writing
My monthly Substack newsletter explores ways of being that might sustain us and the planet. I reflect on meaning-making, community care and liberatory practices in these times of disruption and emergence. I ask meaningful questions rather than offer answers, to foster conversation and connection. Each piece is an invitation to cultivate wise hope.

Each time I pick up the book, Joan’s framework and detailed examples bring new light to my experiences.
