Cultivating leadership, resilience and purpose.

I offer coaching and mentoring for individuals, teams and boards who are committed to a more just, joyful and sustainable world. We'll use reflective practices to cultivate leadership skills and strengthen:

Self care and community care

Resilience

Clarity of purpose

Conflict resolution

Sustainable ways of working and being

Navigating change.

Life is full of transitions – “vital period[s] of adjustment, creativity, and rebirth that help one find meaning after a major life disruption.” (Life is in the Transitions, Bruce Feiler) Learning to navigate them is an essential skill. Drawing on what I've learned from my own life and leadership transitions, I offer support for individual and team transitions.

Celebrate victories and mourn losses

Reconnect to purpose

Envision and plan for the future

Joy and belonging through storytelling, singing and ritual.
